BASIC BENEFITS OF PRAYER Prayer is NOT a Tool, it is also not a way to ask God for things. We do more than ASK in prayer. Prayer is the medium of communication between spirits and mortals for establishing supernatural possibilities.  Prayer also enhances sensitivity to spiritual signals, sharpens the spirit man, and fosters a deeper love for God and His word. Furthermore, it provides clarity, peace, and strength to face challenges, and helps align actions with values and beliefs. Spiritual Growth: Prayer is presented as a means to activate and refine spiritual gifts, making one more sensitive to God's guidance and prompting.   Mind and Spirit Alignment: Prayer helps to align one's thoughts and desires with God's will, fostering a closer relationship with Him.  Enhanced Sensitivity: Through prayer, individuals can develop a heightened awareness of spiritual messages and influences, allowing them to discern between what is beneficial and what is harmful.  Inner Strengt...
WHAT DOES THE BIBLE SAY ABOUT DRINKING ALCOHOL?   The Bible addresses the use of alcohol in multiple passages. For example, we read in Leviticus 10:9 and in Numbers 6:3 about the specific guidelines laid out for the priests and those who took the Nazirite vow. Deuteronomy 29:6 reminds us that alcohol was part of the Hebrew experience, yet this comes with clear boundaries. Consider the wisdom found in Proverbs 20:1, where it states, “Wine is a mocker, strong drink is raging: and whosoever is deceived thereby is not wise.” Here we receive a sober warning against the misuse of alcohol. Now how will it look, if you are found with a mocker? if you are friends with a mocker, no one will ever take you serious. Beyond this, let's see the analogy of a drunk, they don't walk straight, so there is no BALANCE. A person who drinks such and is addicted to it can never really have a straight life.   Proverbs 31:4-5 goes further, advising that kings should avoid it, lest they forget...
Who was Cain’s wife? The Bible in Genesis does not specifically focus on women. The Bible does not say how old Cain was when he killed Abel (Genesis 4:8 ampc), but they both were likely full-grown adults. Adam and Eve surely had given birth to more children than just Cain and Abel at the time Abel was killed. They definitely had many more children later (Genesis 5:4).  The fact that Cain was scared for his own life after he killed Abel (Genesis 4:14 ampc) indicates that there were likely many other children and perhaps even grandchildren of Adam and Eve living at that time.  Cain’s wife (Genesis 4:17 ampc) was a daughter of Adam and Eve .
QUESTION AND ANSWERS ON GIVINGS . Question:    Dear Pastor, I praise and thank God for this media. Kindly teach us about tithe, offering, and seed. Is it compulsory to tithe only to the Church we belong to, or can we send our tithe to other ministries in other parts of the country? Thanks. Answer:   Now the tithe is one-tenth of all what God blesses you with continually. All your income, all your increase, as you receive, a tithe of it [which is the tenth part of it] belongs to God. Now, he didn’t say give it if it’s convenient; he has laid a claim to it. He says it belongs to him, simply put. The other one you said is offering. Now, among offerings, there are different kinds. You have a free-will offering, and then you have a first fruit offering. Now, the first fruit offering is different from the tithe. The scriptures show us that. Some people think they are the same, but they are not. Well, the free-will offering is the one you choose to give anytime, and it’s ...
💒  Why We Need to Go to Church 🌿  📖 Hebrews 10:24-25 (NIV): “And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds, not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but encouraging one another—and all the more as you see the Day approaching.” 1. Community and Fellowship 🤝** One of the most beautiful aspects of church is the sense of community it provides. In a world that can sometimes feel isolating, gathering with fellow believers reminds us that we are not alone. We can share our lives, support one another in tough times, and celebrate the joyous moments together.  🌍 Reflection: Are there people in your church community who have positively impacted your life? Take a moment to reach out to them this week! 2. Spiritual Growth and Teaching 📚 Attending church offers us teachings rooted in Scripture, delivered by our pastors and leaders. These teachings guide us in understanding God’s Word and applying it to our daily lives. T...
